**** SOLD **** Walk-A-Bout Maybe A Cowboy is being offered for sale!!! Cowboy is a 17 hand (68") grey dun mammoth jack. He is STILL NOT DONE GROWING. His knees have still not closed. Cowboy was born on August 11, 2004. He is registered with the American Donkey & Mule Society. Cowboy has excellent conformation and disposition. He has straight legs, nice head, & a good body. He could possibly win in halter event despite his shear size. Cowboy also has an excellent disposition. He is easy to handle, broke to lead, trailer, and is good with feet trimming. We can even walk under his belly with no concern to him. He is not broke to ride yet, due to being very much a baby still. We have had saddles, bridles, etc on him, and have sat on his back. He takes to it all very well. Cowboy breeds jennets only, but could be trained to AI for mare use. We hand breed with Cowboy, but have also pasture bred him. He is easy to handle. His donkey foals have all had great conformation, disposition and are getting LARGE. His foals have been on average of 39"-40" tall at birth. His sire is Centinela Ranchero (a vet. verified 17+ hand black jack), and his great-grandsire is Sulphur Runs Vaguealy Noble (a 16.3 hand black jack). Ranchero, his sire grew 3" from his 5 year old year. His dam is Walk-A-Bout Maybelline (a 15 hand grey dun). Maybe, his dam, also seems to be producing large foals, as her other son Ace is 15 hands at 18 months old. If you are looking for a HUGE jack, that has both the conformation and disposition, Cowboy is the jack for you. He is being offered for sale at $16,000, please serious inquiries only. Standing at stud until sold. ***SOLD*** ![]() Walk-A-Bout Maybe A Cowboy and his son Walk-A-Bout Blowing Up A Storm, in Jan. 2008.
